The following information explains how this store handles the subject of this page.

Eligibility and timing

We accept requests to return defective and non-defective products, and we accept exchange requests. Contact us within 30 calendar days after delivery about a new product. A non-defective item being returned for a change of mind or wrong selection must be new, unused and in its original condition. Damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete deliveries can also be reviewed; statutory rights remain intact.

Approval before mailing

Begin by emailing dunlapbarnett5962735@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email and reason. For a problem item, include helpful photos or video and retain the packaging and parts. Wait for approval before posting a return; we will confirm the correct return address and instructions. The General mailing address is not automatically a return destination.

Return method and costs

Eligible returns go by mail using the free prepaid return label included in the package. If that label is missing, contact us for help. We do not charge a restocking fee. An exchange or replacement depends on review and available stock.

Refund to the original method

After approval, we process and initiate a refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank, card issuer or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

These practices do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
